Luca's Barkery Return & Exchange Policy

At Luca’s Barkery, we are committed to providing quality pet products that make both pets and their owners happy. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

• Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition. For food products, the packaging must be unopened and sealed.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to process returns or exchanges.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
• Opened or used food items
• Perishable goods (e.g., fresh treats, refrigerated products)
• Personalized or custom items (e.g., custom collars, engraved tags)
• Gift cards
• Clearance Items
• Seasonal Items

• In-Store Returns: Visit our store with the item and proof of purchase. Our team will assist with your return or exchange request.
• Online Returns: Please contact our customer service at hello@lucasbarkery.com or (216) 279-0000 with your order details. We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the item back.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

• Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Restocking Fees: A 10% restocking fee may apply to certain items, such as bulky or oversized products.

If you’d like to exchange an item for another size, color, or product, please follow the exchange process above. If there’s a price difference, we will issue you a partial refund or request payment for the difference, depending on the exchange.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will either offer a replacement or refund for the damaged item. Please keep the original packaging and provide clear photos of the damage to expedite the process.
